WHAT IT IS
Cleaning Colorado buildings from the air.
Colorado drone washing is what we do from our office in Denver. A commercial cleaning drone flies on a tethered hose up the outside of your building and cleans the windows, facades, roofs and solar panels that are hard to reach, while the pilot stays on the ground.
For the surfaces it reaches, the drone takes the place of scaffolding and heavy equipment. For the rest we bring proven ground equipment: water-fed poles, lifts and traditional access when a job calls for them, and we clean windows by rope access and by lift too.
We match the method to the surface: a low-pressure soft wash for delicate facades and roofs, high pressure for masonry and concrete, and heated water where soot and grease have baked on.
WHERE WE FLY
The Front Range, from our Denver office.
From our office in Denver we fly the Front Range, from Fort Collins to Colorado Springs, and up into the mountain towns.
Our published case studies are in Denver and Colorado Springs. Find your city on our Colorado page, and a project manager will tell you what we can do there.
THE TOWER
The job the press came out to watch.
In March 2024 we cleaned the windows of the old Stapleton airport control tower, now FlyteCo Tower. Denverite watched the aircraft work at 164 feet.

THE FLIGHT LOG
A stadium, an arts complex and a hospital.
Three of our Colorado jobs have case studies of their own:
- Empower Field at Mile High: a decade of exhaust soot on glass curtain walls and angled metal facades that rise over 90 feet.
- The Denver Performing Arts Complex: glass and decorative metal beams 70 feet up, above stone walkways and a snow-melt system that rule out lifts and cranes.
- UCHealth Memorial Hospital Central in Colorado Springs: hospital glass beneath an active medevac helipad, with a rope access team and a ground crew on the rest of the building.
The whole flight log is on our Colorado page. See the Colorado flight log
COLORADO WEATHER
Cold, wind and sun are part of the plan.
Wind decides the day. In winter we work above about 42 degrees Fahrenheit with heated purified water, and we never work in direct sunlight, because chemistry drying on glass must be avoided.
