HOTELS AND HOSPITALITY
Hotel exterior cleaning, planned around your guests.
We clean the glass and facades your guests see first, with tethered drones flown from the ground. No scaffolding goes up at your entrance, and the plan is shared with your team before launch.

THE CHALLENGE
Clean glass while the hotel keeps running.
Your glass and facade are the first thing a guest sees, and the hotel keeps running while the work goes on. Scaffolding and bulky lifts at the entrance can be costly, slow and high-risk.
Every property has its own risks, and a hotel is an occupied one: guests come and go the whole time we are on site. So we bring the cleaning in from the air, on a plan built for your building.
Drones do the height. For the rest we bring proven ground equipment: water-fed poles, lifts and traditional access when a job calls for them.

WHAT A HOTEL NEEDS
What we plan for at a hotel.
Guest-facing glass and facades
The glass and facades your guests see from the drive and from their rooms, finished with a rinse of purified water that dries spot-free.
Work planned around your guests
Early-morning, after-hours or phased cleaning, set with your team around your arrivals.
No scaffolding at the entrance
The drone works the upper floors from the air on a tethered hose, so no scaffolding goes up at your front door.
A marked safety zone
Caution tape, cones and barricades mark the work area below, with MUTCD standard signage where we work near a sidewalk or street.
The lower floors and the inside glass
Our teams take the lower levels, the sills and the tough corners with standard cleaning, and interior window cleaning is one of our services too.
A plan shared before launch
Detailed mission plans are shared with you before launch, so your team knows where we will fly and where the perimeter goes.
THE HOTEL JOB
Hotel windows in Fort Collins.
We came up to Fort Collins to clean the windows on a hotel.
FoamStream is our own cleaning system: it clings longer, cleans deeper and rinses spotless. From the air it goes onto a hotel's windows ahead of the rinse, and purified water finishes the glass.

HOW A HOTEL JOB RUNS
Hotel window cleaning, step by step.
Every site gets its own plan.
PRE-FLIGHT
Walk the property
Before the first flight we assess the site with your team and settle staging and access around your entrances, drives and parking.
THE GROUND
Set the safety zone
Caution tape, cones and barricades mark the perimeter, with MUTCD standard signage and visual observers beside the pilot.
LIFT-OFF
Water up the tether
A tethered hose carries water and cleaning solution from our rig on the ground up to the drone.
THE RINSE
Work the glass
The aircraft works the glass in precise patterns and finishes with a rinse of purified water that dries spot-free.

QUESTIONS
Straight answers, before you call.
Will the cleaning disturb our guests?
We fly from the ground, which keeps disruption to your guests and your operation to a minimum, and we set early-morning, after-hours or phased cleaning with your team. Below the work, caution tape, cones and barricades mark a safety zone.
Do you need roof access?
In most cases roof access is not required. We fly from the ground, and we review the site in advance to settle staging and access.
Can you clean the lower floors and the inside of the windows?
Yes. Drones do the height, and our teams take the lower levels, the sills and the tough corners with standard cleaning. Interior window cleaning is one of our services too.
Can you clean a tall hotel?
Discuss your hotel's height and access with a project manager so we can plan the cleaning method around your building. Drone, rope-access and lift window cleaning are all part of how we work.
What if the windows have not been cleaned in years?
It depends on the glass, and we look before we quote. Heavy mineral staining or long-term neglect may need restoration first, by rope access or traditional methods, and once the glass is restored the drone comes back to keep it clean.
We have hotels in other states. Can you help?
Our U.S. markets are listed by state on our locations page, and a project manager will confirm availability for your building. Hotels in several states can come to us in one request.
