CUSTOM DRONE SPRAY APPLICATIONS
Foam and chemical spray, from the air.
Our drones can spray FoamStream, coatings, sealants and rust-inhibiting treatments onto commercial and industrial structures. No lift, no scaffold, and a site-specific safety plan before the first flight.

WHY FROM THE AIR
The spray goes up. No one climbs.
Getting a coating, a sealant or a cleaning solution onto a surface you cannot reach usually starts with access: a lift, a scaffold or a crew on a rope, set up before the first drop goes on.
We bring the application to the surface instead. Drone-applied spray gives you even coverage, controlled dwell time and precise application in places that are difficult or dangerous to reach: oil and gas operations, wind turbines, high-rise buildings, roofing systems, infrastructure and large signage.
We fly from the ground, which keeps disruption to your tenants and building operations to a minimum, and in most cases we need no roof access.

FOAMSTREAM™
Clings longer. Cleans deeper. Rinses spotless.
FoamStream™ is our own cleaning system: a fully engineered application system, inspired by industrial automatic car wash technology.
Like a car wash it works on chemistry, dwell time, pressure and rinse: the foam sprays beneath the surface contamination and clings while it works, so the rinse carries the grime off.
It brings together optimized hoses and flow rates, custom nozzles and spray patterns, controlled water temperature and precise drone application techniques.

SPRAY CAPABILITIES
What we can apply to your structure.
Commercial Cleaning
Controlled drone spraying for even application across large and complex surfaces.
FoamStream™
Developed specifically for drone cleaning operations: it clings while it works, then rinses off.
Coatings
Drone-applied protective coatings and sealants for exterior surfaces.
Lubricants & Rust Prevention
Precision drone application of lubricants and rust-inhibiting treatments.
Painting
Targeted painting or marking applications.
Custom Chemicals
Specialty drone spraying for site-specific chemical and liquid applications.

HOW A FOAMSTREAM MISSION RUNS
From the right chemistry to a spotless rinse.
PRE-FLIGHT
Match the chemistry
Before the first flight we assess the site, choose the chemistry for the dirt, the surface and the conditions, and set a safety perimeter.
LIFT-OFF
Solution up the tether
A tethered hose carries water and cleaning solution from our rig on the ground up to the drone.
THE DWELL
Even coat, time to work
The aircraft lays the foam on evenly and precisely, and it clings while the grime loosens, before the rinse cycle even begins.
THE RINSE
Rinse it spotless
Purified water carries the solution and the grime away, for a consistent, spot-free finish.
SAFETY ON A SPRAY JOB
What keeps the spray where it belongs.
Every site gets its own plan.
The site
- Safety Zone Perimeter Active work areas are marked with caution tape, construction cones, and physical barricades.
- MUTCD Standard Signage Near a sidewalk or a street, MUTCD standard signage goes up too.
- Visual Observer (VO) Teams Trained observers assist the pilot to maintain 360-degree situational awareness.
- Shared Cleaning Plans Detailed mission plans are shared with the client prior to launch for total transparency.
- Full PPE Compliance
The cleaning chemistry
- Purified Water First Whenever possible we clean with purified water only.
- Chemistry Chosen for the Surface When a surface needs it, chosen for the type of dirt, the surface material and the conditions, and combined with purified water.
- Wastewater Handled Where city or state rules require it, we reclaim and dispose of the wastewater.
The wind
- Wind Measured on Site At ground level, mid-facade and the roofline when we can reach it, never from the forecast alone.
- Wind Logged Every Hour A timestamped photo of the wind meter, stored with the job photos.

We fly in sustained winds below 10 mph as much as possible.
Wind pushes spray off target and makes dwell time uneven, so we build it into the schedule and the safety plan from day one.
Your structure is next in the log.
Send the surface, the product and the deadline, and a project manager comes back with questions, then a plan.
QUESTIONS
Straight answers, before you call.
What can you spray from a drone?
Cleaning solutions and our FoamStream system, protective coatings and sealants, lubricants and rust-inhibiting treatments, painting and marking, and site-specific chemical and liquid applications. Tell us the product and the surface, and a project manager will tell you what we can do.
Do you need a lift or scaffolding?
Not to reach the surface: the drone carries the spray up, so the application goes on without lifts, scaffolding or manual access. We review the site in advance to settle staging and access.
Is spraying from a drone safe for the people below?
Below the aircraft we mark a safety zone perimeter with caution tape, cones and barricades, put MUTCD standard signage on any sidewalk or street we work near, and station visual observers with the pilot. Wind can carry overspray onto pedestrians, vehicles or the property next door, so we measure it on site before and during the job.
Do you clean with chemicals, and where does the runoff go?
When a surface needs it, yes: surface-appropriate chemistry with purified water, chosen for the dirt, the material and the conditions. Whenever possible we clean with purified water only, which is how we keep the environmental impact down. On tough stains our FoamStream system clings longer and rinses spotless. Where city or state rules require it, we reclaim and dispose of the wastewater.
Which surfaces can FoamStream clean?
Glass, metal panels and window sills, architectural facades, and stone, concrete and composite surfaces. It lifts the grime without aggressive pressure and rinses clean.
What happens if it is windy?
Wind decides the day. Sustained wind of 0 to 10 mph is ideal; 10 to 15 mph is case by case with a limited scope; 15 mph or more, or gusty, is a no-fly, and we build at least one buffer day into the schedule.
