MULTI-STATE PORTFOLIOS

Multi-state portfolio cleaning, one standard in every market.

Send every building in your portfolio in one request. A project manager confirms service for each one, and every site gets its own plan.

ONE STANDARD

Many addresses, one way of working.

A portfolio in several states needs the same care at every address: the same controls on the ground, a plan before the first flight, and one place to send the request.

That is how we work. Every site gets its own plan, because every property has its own risks, and every plan runs on our standard procedures, by name. Detailed mission plans are shared with you before launch.

A project manager confirms service for each building, market by market. Drones do the height. For the rest we bring proven ground equipment: water-fed poles, lifts and traditional access when a job calls for them.

From above: a crew member in a company vest at the controls on a drive closed with caution tape and cones, our cleaning drone over the pavement and our truck beside the hose lines.
The perimeter goes up before the drone does: caution tape and cones close the drive, the controller in hand.

OUR U.S. MARKETS

Every market we list is operating.

Each market has its own page, and a project manager will confirm availability for your building.

A building outside these markets?

Send your building's details from any state, or call +1 (866) 838-1555, and a project manager will tell you what we can do in your area.

HOW A PORTFOLIO REQUEST RUNS

One request, then a plan for every site.

  1. THE REQUEST

    List your buildings

Put your first building in the quote form and list the rest under Anything else, with the height, the access and any deadlines for each.

  2. CONFIRMATION

    Confirm each building

A project manager confirms service for every building, market by market, and comes back with questions, then a plan.

  3. PRE-FLIGHT

    Plan every site

We review each site in advance to settle staging and access, and the detailed mission plan for each one is shared with you before launch.

QUESTIONS

Straight answers, before you call.

Which markets do you work in?

Our U.S. markets are Phoenix, Arizona; Los Angeles, California; Denver, Colorado; Orlando, Florida; Atlanta, Georgia; Newark and Pennsauken, New Jersey; Nashville, Tennessee; and Austin, Dallas and Houston, Texas. Every market we list is operating, and a project manager will confirm availability for your building.

Can I send every building in one request?

Yes. Put your first building in the quote form and list the others under Anything else, with the height, the access and any deadlines for each. A project manager follows up with questions, then a plan.

Does every building get the same plan?

Every site gets its own plan, because every property has its own risks. What stays the same is how we work: our standard procedures, by name, at every address, and a detailed mission plan shared with you before launch.

Who do I talk to?

A project manager. When you call, you get a real project manager: call +1 (866) 838-1555, or send your buildings in the form below.

What if a building is outside your markets?

Send your building's details from any state, and a project manager will tell you what we can do in your area.

What can you clean on each building?

Windows and glass, building facades, roofs and solar panels, from the air. We also bring hot water and steam for baked-on buildup, foam and chemical spray applications, and construction clean-up for new buildings; our services page lists every one.
