WHAT WE CLEAN
Start with the surface.
Each surface gets its own method: ultra-purified water on glass, a low-pressure soft wash on roofs and delicate facades, and up to 4,000 psi on masonry and concrete.

HEAT AND FOAM
When a rinse is not enough.
Grease, soot and organic buildup do not rinse off with cold water. For those jobs we bring heat, steam and FoamStream.
Hot Water and Steam Cleaning
Heated water between 100°F and 220°F with steam-assisted applications, for grease, pollutants and organic buildup that cold water cannot dissolve.
Foam and Chemical Spray
Custom foam and liquid spray applications for commercial and industrial structures, from FoamStream cleaning to coatings, sealants and rust inhibitors.

Which service do I need?
Start with the surface and what is on it. Everyday dirt on glass is window cleaning; heavy mineral staining, years of neglect or graffiti call for restoration first; grease, pollutants and organic buildup call for hot water; a newly finished building takes post-construction cleaning. How do you clean a building with glass, brick and stucco?
With a method for each surface. In most cases we wash the building before the windows, or coordinate both carefully during the same visit, and we lay out the sequence before the job starts.
Do you need roof access, and will you disrupt my tenants?
In most cases roof access is not required. We fly from the ground, which keeps disruption to tenants and building operations to a minimum, and we review the site in advance to settle staging and access.
Do you clean buildings outside Colorado?

Do you use chemicals, and where does the runoff go?
When a surface needs it, yes: surface-appropriate chemistry with purified water, chosen for the dirt, the material and the conditions. Whenever possible we clean with purified water only, which is how we keep the environmental impact down. On tough stains our FoamStream system clings longer and rinses spotless. Where city or state rules require it, we reclaim and dispose of the wastewater.
