THE CLOSE-OUT
The building is done. The dust is not.
Construction leaves its mark on a new exterior: dust, debris and residue on the facade, a film on the new glass, and the same dust on the concrete and walkways below. All of it has to come off before the inspection and the turnover.
The high work is the hard part: places a crew cannot reach without scaffolding or a lift, on a site already crowded with trades and equipment. We take the facades, the glass and the architectural features from the air, with no scaffolding and no manual access.
Our ground crews take the rest in the same scope: fewer vendors to coordinate, less congestion on a busy site, and a plan built to keep your close-out on schedule.

Before the first flight we assess the site, set a safety perimeter and stage the water filtration.
LIFT-OFF
The drone takes the height
A tethered hose carries water and cleaning solution from our rig on the ground up to the drone, which takes the dust off the high facade and cleans the sills as it goes.
ON THE GROUND
Crews take the rest
Our ground crews pressure wash the concrete, masonry and loading areas, and bring water-fed poles or lifts where the glass needs closer work.

Caulk and stickers on new glass take someone up close. The drone takes the construction dust, and the detail work goes to our ground crews.

QUESTIONS

When should we schedule the clean?
Plan it into your close-out, ahead of the pre-inspection and the final turnover. Wind decides the day. Sustained wind of 0 to 10 mph is ideal; 10 to 15 mph is case by case with a limited scope; 15 mph or more, or gusty, is a no-fly, and we build at least one buffer day into the schedule.
Can you clean the facade and the glass in one visit?
In most cases the building wash happens before the window cleaning, or we coordinate both during the same visit. When a project calls for several specialties, we lay out the sequencing with you before we start.
How hard does the spray hit new glass?
Our window systems run around 900 to 1,500 PSI at the nozzle, sprayed from approximately ten feet away; the pressure that actually reaches the glass is significantly lower and comparable to an automatic car wash.
Do you need roof access?
In most cases roof access is not required. We fly from the ground and review the site in advance to settle staging and access.
Do you use chemicals, and where does the runoff go?
When a surface needs it, yes: surface-appropriate chemistry with purified water, chosen for the dirt, the material and the conditions. Whenever possible we clean with purified water only, which is how we keep the environmental impact down. Where city or state rules require it, we reclaim and dispose of the wastewater.
