WINDOW RESTORATION AND GRAFFITI REMOVAL

Glass beyond a wash, restored, then kept clean.

We restore commercial glass that a maintenance wash will not clear: hard water stains, mineral scale, construction residue, years of neglect and graffiti. Once it is restored, the drone takes over the maintenance.

WHEN A WASH IS NOT ENOUGH

Shine is not the same as clear.

Some buildup holds on through every regular cleaning. On glass like that, a maintenance wash can make it shine, but it stays visibly dirty until it is restored, and a squeegee will not clean it either.

Restoration is its own job. Lifts, water-fed poles and precision tools take on the detailed work, rope access goes where it is the right tool, and our drones fly a slower, stronger restoration clean on the glass they can reach. We set the mix once we have seen the glass.

One scope covers the elevated glass and the ground-level glass, so you are not lining up a second vendor for the lower floors.

WHAT WE RESTORE

From mineral scale to graffiti.

  • Heavily Soiled Glass Restoration

Restores clarity to exterior glass affected by long-term environmental buildup and neglect.

  • Mineral & Hard Water Stain Removal

Targets mineral deposits and hard water staining that standard window cleaning cannot remove.

  • Post-Construction Glass Restoration

Removes construction residue, film, and debris from newly installed or renovated glazing.

  • Graffiti Removal from Glass

Safely removes graffiti and surface markings without damaging glass or coatings when possible.

  • Lift & Elevated Access Cleaning

Combines water-fed poles, lifts, and precision tools for controlled, detailed restoration work.

  • Drone Spot Cleaning

Uses drone-assisted access and lifts to clean dust or dirt on glass or building facades.

HOW A RESTORATION RUNS

From pre-flight to the last rinse.

  1. PRE-FLIGHT

    Read the glass

Before the first flight we assess the site and the glass: what the buildup is, how long it has been there, and which panes the drone can reach and which need hands-on work.

  2. LIFT-OFF

    Water up the tether

We mark a safety perimeter with caution tape, cones and barricades, and a tethered hose carries hot water and cleaning solution from our rig on the ground up to the drone.

  3. THE RESTORATION

    Slower passes, stronger mix

On baked-on scale we fly slower, in repeated passes, with higher pressure and a stronger solution mix than a maintenance wash, so the heated, deionized water has time to lift it. Lifts and precision tools take the detailed work.

  4. THE RINSE

    Purified water last

We finish with purified water, deionized or reverse-osmosis, so nothing is left on the glass to dry into new spots.

FROM THE FLIGHT LOG

Five years of scale, under a helipad.

At UCHealth Memorial Hospital Central in Colorado Springs, glass that faces the sun most of the day had gone more than five years without a cleaning, and its mineral deposits had baked into the surface. Key sections had no roof anchors, so rope drops were impossible there.

Where we flew, the baked-on scale took a restoration clean: hot water, a stronger solution mix, higher pressure than a maintenance wash, and slower, repeated passes over each section. A rope access team and a ground crew covered the sections they could reach, so every pane across the complex was addressed in a single mobilization, in two days.

One of our cleaning drones fires a long jet across a gray glass curtain wall below the roofline, the upper panes hazed and spotted, a blue sky above.

QUESTIONS

Straight answers, before you call.

Do my windows need restoration, or just a cleaning?

On glass that is cleaned regularly, a drone wash takes off dust, bird droppings, cobwebs and very light mineral stains. Serious mineral stains, construction residue and graffiti are restoration work, and a project manager tells you which your glass needs once we have seen it.

What if the windows have not been cleaned in years?

Heavy mineral staining or long-term neglect is beyond a maintenance wash: drone cleaning alone will not fully restore that glass. We recommend restoration first, by rope access or traditional methods, and once the glass is restored the drone comes back to keep it clean. At the hospital in Colorado Springs, five years of sun-baked scale took a slower restoration clean with hot water and more pressure, and the glass came out spotless.

Can you remove graffiti from glass?

Yes. We remove graffiti and surface markings from glass without damaging the glass or its coatings when possible. On the walls around the glass, our building cleaning service takes off paint and vandalism.

Can you clean new glass after construction?

Yes. We remove construction residue, film and debris from newly installed or renovated glazing. Construction dust is drone work; caulk and stickers need someone up close to scrape them off, so we pair the drone with lifts and water-fed poles under one scope.

How long does a restoration take?

Longer than a maintenance wash. At the hospital in Colorado Springs, the restoration method took twice the time of a standard cleaning run, and the full restoration clean took two days. Your schedule comes with the plan, once we have seen the glass.

Do you need roof access?

In most cases roof access is not required. At the hospital in Colorado Springs, key sections had no roof anchors, so rope drops were impossible there, and the drone reached the glass beneath the roofline net.
