CUSTOMER SUPPORT
Before, during and after your job.
Choosing a contractor
Before you sign a contract or let a cleaning drone near your building, know what to ask. Our hiring guide lists the questions, from the pilot's certificate to the written safety plan.
Planning a job
Every project begins with a site-specific safety plan: flight areas, cleaning methods and risk mitigation, written before the first flight and shared with you before launch. Ask for yours with your quote.
A job on the calendar
Wind decides the day: 15 mph or more, or gusty, is a no-fly, and we build at least one buffer day into the schedule. In most cases roof access is not required, and we review the site in advance to settle staging and access.
After the last rinse
Every job ends with a quality inspection, and we document the results with before-and-after photos or video, so you can see the difference for yourself. To keep it that way, ask about scheduled cleaning and spot cleaning.
CUSTOMER SERVICE
We believe in personal service.
Call our customer service line at +1 (866) 838-1555 or email info@trydronewash.com. Give us the building's address and what needs cleaning, and add the height, the access and any deadlines, so a project manager can come back with better questions. Questions about our privacy policy, terms of use or cookies policy come to the same number and email.
