OUR STORY

The drone is the foundation, not an add-on.

Cleaning tall glass the traditional way means lifts, scaffolding or rope access, and people working at height above a busy site.

We started with a different focus: drone technology as the foundation of modern commercial cleaning. Our pilot stays on the ground while the aircraft does the work at height, fed by a hose from our rig below.

Anyone can acquire a drone. What separates a liability from a force multiplier is the expertise, systems, and discipline behind it. Ours starts before the first flight, with a site-specific safety plan shared with you before launch.

    The FAA certificates the remote pilot, not a company, and we treat that certificate as the floor, not the ceiling.

  • Visual observers

    Trained observers assist the pilot to maintain 360-degree situational awareness.

  • Safety coordinators

    On large or complex job sites, a dedicated safety coordinator oversees the risk on the ground.

Who leads DRONEWASH+?

Jay Hanna, our Co-Founder and CEO, leads DRONEWASH+. He and Nicole Hanna co-founded it in Denver.

Do you clean buildings outside Colorado?

Every case study we have published is a Colorado building. Send your building's details from any state, or call +1 (866) 838-1555, and a project manager will tell you what we can do in your area.

Is drone window cleaning safe for the glass and for the people below?

Our window systems run around 900 to 1,500 PSI at the nozzle, sprayed from approximately ten feet away; the pressure that actually reaches the glass is significantly lower and comparable to an automatic car wash. Below the aircraft we mark a safety zone perimeter with caution tape, cones and barricades, put MUTCD standard signage on any sidewalk or street we work near, and station visual observers with the pilot.

Do you need roof access, and will you disrupt my tenants?

In most cases roof access is not required. We fly from the ground, which keeps disruption to tenants and building operations to a minimum, and we review the site in advance to settle staging and access.
