QUESTIONS

Straight answers, before you call.

What happens after I send the form?

A project manager comes back to you with questions, then a plan. Before the first flight we assess your site, its height, obstacles and access to water and power, and write a site-specific safety plan that we share with you before launch.

Have you cleaned a building like mine?

Our flight log includes a stadium, an arts complex, a hospital and a historic control tower: Empower Field at Mile High, the Denver Performing Arts Complex, UCHealth Memorial Hospital Central and the former Stapleton control tower. Each one has its own card on our Colorado page.

What should I have ready when I call?

The building's address and what needs cleaning: windows and glass, the full exterior, solar panels, a roof or gutters, or another structure. Not sure yet is an answer too. Add the height, the access and any deadlines, and a project manager can come back with better questions.

Do you work in my part of Colorado?

Find your city on our Colorado page. Each row shows its distance from our office, and its Request service button opens your quote with the city filled in.

Do you clean buildings outside Colorado?

Every case study we have published is a Colorado building. Phoenix, Los Angeles and Orlando are in progress, and the other U.S. markets we list are expansion markets. Send your building's details from any state, or call +1 (866) 838-1555, and a project manager will tell you what we can do in your area.

Do you need roof access, and will you disrupt my tenants?

In most cases roof access is not required. We fly from the ground, which keeps disruption to tenants and building operations to a minimum, and we review the site in advance to settle staging and access.

Is drone window cleaning safe for the glass and for the people below?

Our window systems run around 900 to 1,500 PSI at the nozzle, sprayed from approximately ten feet away; the pressure that actually reaches the glass is significantly lower and comparable to an automatic car wash. Below the aircraft we mark a safety zone perimeter with caution tape, cones and barricades, put MUTCD standard signage on any sidewalk or street we work near, and station visual observers with the pilot.
